In 2003, OODC was established to assist in the expansion programs of multinational banking institutions based in the Philippines. We initially started by providing key manpower requirements to handle the telemarketing services of banks. Then, we expanded into full customer service operations catering to restaurants, logistics, education, healthcare and media.
As a boutique type of company, we believe in working through a partnership based on clear goals and objectives. From this, we identify the appropriate technology to use, establish efficient processes, and assign the best team who will deliver the intended results.
