This Privacy Policy explains how One Outsource, and all of its subsidiaries and affiliates globally (collectively, “OODC”, “we”, “us”) protects, collects, stores, uses, processes and discloses Personal Information (defined below) from individuals (“you”) and what choices you can make with respect to your Personal Information.

This Privacy Policy applies to the One Outsource website https://oodc.com.ph including all of its subdomains, (the “Site”) and to all OODC services and offerings that reference this Privacy Policy.

One Outsource collects and uses personal information to operate our business effectively, provide our services, and enhance the experience of our clients, applicants, and website visitors.

An exception applies during our recruitment process, where we may request certain sensitive information only with the applicant’s express consent and solely for purposes related to the job application. Such information will be retained only for as long as necessary to complete the hiring process and, unless otherwise requested, for no longer than five (5) years, in compliance with applicable laws.

For client engagements, personal data will likewise be retained only for the duration required to provide the contracted services, plus a retention period of up to five (5) years, unless otherwise required by law.

We may also obtain Personal Information from affiliates, subsidiaries, business partners, or other third-party sources. This may include:

In addition, One Outsource implements the rigorous standards of ISO 27001 through a company-wide Information Security Management System (ISMS), ensuring that information security remains integral to all business operations.

For clients, personal data will be retained for as long as necessary to provide the requested services and for an additional period of up to five (5) years, unless otherwise required or permitted by applicable laws.

For job applicants, personal data will be retained for as long as needed for recruitment purposes and for up to five (5) years thereafter, unless otherwise requested, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

We retain Personal Information for as long as it is necessary to provide the services you have requested and for other legal compliance or essential business purposes such as enforcing our contracts, maintaining the security of our services, business(es) and website, enforcing our legal rights, or dispute resolution.

One Outsource provides services exclusively to individuals who are 18 years of age or older, in accordance with applicable laws. Our services are not directed toward, intended for use by, or designed to attract individuals under the age of 18.
