Such information will be retained only for as long as necessary to complete the hiring process and, unless otherwise requested, for no longer than five (5) years, in compliance with applicable laws.
For client engagements, personal data will likewise be retained only for the duration required to provide the contracted services, plus a retention period of up to five (5) years, unless otherwise required by law.

For clients, personal data will be retained for as long as necessary to provide the requested services and for an additional period of up to five (5) years, unless otherwise required or permitted by applicable laws.
For job applicants, personal data will be retained for as long as needed for recruitment purposes and for up to five (5) years thereafter, unless otherwise requested, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
